Who is AIFEC

African Infrastructural And Food Enhancement Commission (AIFEC) IS AN INSTITUTION INITIATED BY THE WORLD BANK AND OTHER DONOR AGENCIES PRINCIPALLY TO FUNCTION AS MULTI-LATERAL ORGAN FOR SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA ESPECIALLY IN ACHIEVING LASTING SOLUTION IN ERADICATION OF POVERTY AND UNDERDEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA AND TO SUPPORT THE LESS PRIVILEGED.

Apart from being an implementing partner to the World Bank on developmental projects in Africa, AIFEC also serves as a vital linkage between other international communities, especially Donor countries/Agencies in ensuring that procurement in projects financed by the World Bank and other Donor Countries/Agencies are conducted in accordance with its Tender Bids of Agreement.

We are currently implementing the Construction of over 6,000 Buildings for Orphanage homes, Refugee Camps all over Africa to provide shelter to the Motherless Babies, Physically challenged, Refugees and those that has been displaced due to recent wars in Africa.

AIFEC is extending comprehensive care to the vulnerable children within their communities, since 2003 AIFEC has contributed to about 700 women caring for over 15,000 children with nutrition and broad-based care, with access to education, food supplies, health services and social welfare.

AIFEC believes in the value of home-grown solutions and that sustainable development begins with people and the ownership and realization of their ideas.

AIFEC engaged in supply of Food Items, Beverages, Drugs, Teaching Equipment, Clothes as well as HIV/AID awareness campaign to the African community members to support the rural and under-developed African Countries.

As we empower smaller organizations to meet the challenges of governance, accountability, and organizational development, we will see stronger and more sustainable programs emerge.

AIFEC advocates for child rights, women’s rights, for improved health care and social services in rural areas, as well as for literacy and to provide libraries in public schools.
